SHIPPING POLICY

We attempt to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Most orders ship out within 24 hours of receipt. However, please allow 2-5 days for shipping.

We ship all orders using the United States Postal Service. All Domestic US orders ship via US Priority Mail. Most International orders ship by US First Class Mail.

If your INTERNATIONAL order exceeds 3 pounds in weight your shipping cost will be charged separately based on the weight of your order. We will contact you with a total cost for your shipment at the email or phone number you have provided.

Please note the following terms apply for all returned items:

1. Items must be returned POST MARKED no later than 60 days from the date listed on your sales receipt to qualify for a refund.
   
   
2. We URGE you to use a return delivery service that provides tracking for your shipment.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items that do not make it back to us.
   
   
3. We cannot process or refund packages marked “RTS”, “Return To Sender”, “RFSD”, or “Refused”.
