Order Issues or Exchanges
Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately. Email: email@example.com or call 973-396-8480 Monday-Friday 8am to 2pm EST. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
We absolutely guarantee satisfaction! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 60 days of delivery and tell us if you would like a replacement, an exchange or a refund. All returns are processed in two weeks. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. We do not send return shipping labels.
Note: Shipping and handling is not refundable. We are not responsible for returns that get lost in the mail.
Should you ever receive a damaged or defective product, call our Customer Service dept. at 973-396-8480 or email FortitudeHealth@gmail.com.
Any items post marked after 60 days that are returned to us will not be refunded. In addition, these items will not be returned back to the customer but will be disposed of upon receipt.
